Agent Choice Internet (“ACI,” “we,” “us”) is a managed internet service operated by FollowThrough Works LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this website and customers of our service, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Name, business name, email address, phone number, office address, office size, preferred install date, and any notes you submit through our pricing tool, “Get Started” form, or scheduled call.
• Service information. Information needed to provision and support your network, such as service address, ISP account details you authorize us to set up on your behalf, equipment serial numbers, and configuration data.
• Automatic information. Standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) and analytics events such as which pricing tier you configured. We use cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).
• Marketing attribution. UTM parameters (e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign) carried in the URL when you arrive at our site, so we can understand which campaigns reach you.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries, send quotes, and schedule calls.
• To provision, install, monitor, support, and bill for the ACI service.
• To improve our website, pricing tool, and customer experience.
• To send service announcements and occasional marketing messages about ACI. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• To comply with law and protect the rights, property, or safety of ACI and others.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate ACI — for example our CRM (HighLevel / LeadConnector), email and scheduling tools, hosting and analytics providers (including Google Analytics), and our network management platform (UniFi Site Manager).
• Internet service providers and installation contractors we need to engage to deliver your service, with your authorization.
• Authorities or third parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
• A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. We do not share customer data with State Farm except as you specifically request (for example, to claim the agent technology stipend).

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies, local storage, and Google Analytics (gtag) to understand site usage and improve the product. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features (like remembering that you have unlocked pricing) may stop working.

Data retention and security

We retain lead and customer information for as long as we have a relationship with you and as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We use industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@agentchoiceinternet.com. Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of certain sharing. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notifying customers directly.
