From Signup to Go-Live in Three Steps
We coordinate everything with your SF timeline so you're online before corporate equipment is removed.
ISP Selection & Setup
We survey your office address and identify the best fiber or cable providers available. We compare plans, pricing, and SLAs — and we handle the signup. You shouldn't have to call Comcast or AT&T yourself.
- We recommend cable or fiber for optimal VPN performance
- We help right-size your bandwidth based on team size (SF recommends 50-250 Mbps depending on headcount)
- We coordinate installation timing with your SF transition schedule
Hardware Installation
We ship pre-configured UniFi hardware to your office. Installation is coordinated to happen before SF removes their equipment — so there's no gap in coverage.
- All hardware is UniFi by Ubiquiti — commercial-grade, remotely managed
- Equipment is owned and managed by Simple Layer (lease model)
- We configure VPN compatibility, WiFi, and any wired connections
Ongoing Management
After go-live, Simple Layer monitors your network remotely. We handle firmware updates, configuration changes, and any network-level issues — without you placing a ticket with a helpdesk.
- Uptime monitoring — we know before you do if something is wrong
- Firmware and security updates applied automatically
- Configuration changes handled on request
What's NOT Included
We're transparent about scope.
- End-user device support (computers, SF laptops)
- Printer or softphone troubleshooting (contact normal SF support)
- SF VPN or YubiKey issues (contact SF IT support)
- In-office visits (all management is remote)
