From Signup to Go-Live in Three Steps

We coordinate everything with your SF timeline so you're online before corporate equipment is removed.

1

Internet Service Provider Research & Setup

We survey your office address and compare availability and pricing across 100+ ISPs and connectivity providers to find the best fit for your location. You get a recommendation with options — you make the final call, we handle the signup paperwork. You shouldn't have to call Comcast or AT&T yourself.

  • We compare 100+ carriers — cable, fiber, fixed wireless, and more — and recommend the best fit for your address
  • State Farm's minimum is 100 Mbps — below that causes issues with the VPN and SF applications. We right-size your plan for your headcount; typical offices run 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps.
  • State Farm's own guidance recommends a business-grade plan with professional installation — that's exactly what we coordinate for you.
  • We coordinate installation timing with your SF transition schedule
2

Hardware Installation

We ship pre-configured UniFi hardware to your office. Installation is coordinated to happen before SF removes their equipment — so there's no gap in coverage.

  • All hardware is UniFi by Ubiquiti — commercial-grade, remotely managed
  • Equipment is owned and managed by ACI (lease model)
  • We configure VPN compatibility, WiFi, and any wired connections
  • For offices outside our local service area, a travel fee may apply. We'll let you know upfront before any commitment.
3

Ongoing Management

After go-live, our team monitors your network remotely. We handle firmware updates, configuration changes, and any network-level issues — without you placing a ticket with a helpdesk.

Monitoring active
  • Uptime monitoring — we know before you do if something is wrong
  • Firmware and security updates applied automatically
  • Configuration changes handled on request
Agent monitoring a managed network dashboard from their office workstation
Remote monitoring keeps your office online — we see issues before you do.
